You have a current consultant that is unhappy with their current role with Alpine, this is how you should proceed.   `

What is seek to understand, discuss possible resolutions, and escalate the situation?

We do not want to ignore their unhappiness.   8/10 candidates are open to exploring new opportunities, so that's an easy way to lose a significant portion of your spread and commission!!    We need to see if it's possible for us to fix the problem, and if it needs escalated to the AM and even possibly hiring manager,  we need to do this.   If it saves the placement, it's worth the commission!   If they are absolutely leaving, Alpine shouldn't lose an exceptional resource, and transparent conversations need to be had about finding a better opportunity for that candidate.    They are an Alpine W2 employee, and deserve our respect about putting them in the best position to be successful.   And this could save some sort of explosion that puts us in a jeopardizing position with our client.
