Where should you go in the event of a fire?
To any red emergency exit door, follow the sticker on the floor to go toward the designated rally point.
If on a PIT, stop your pit and lower your forks/cage, and if in a VNA isle, exit as long as it is safe to do so before proceeding to an emergency exit.

What should you do if you have a pit incident?
Stop the PIT as it came to rest and report it to a Process Assisstant (Orange vest) or an Area Manager (Red vest).
What are the four main forms of PPE required?
High-visibility Vest, Safety Shoes, Gloves, and and Safety Glasses if on a Reach truck.

At the end of your shift, what should you make sure to do with your PIT before parking it?
Clean up any trash left on your PIT, refuel your PIT, and make sure to park it in the correct, designated spot for that PIT.
Where can you go if you have a near miss or injury?
Your Manager, Safety, or Amcare are all acceptable answers!
How many days do you have to sign up for benefits after Day One?
In the event of a Hurricane, where should you go?
To a severe weather assembly point.

Always double check your punches at the end of the day to ensure you remembered all four punches.
In at Start of Shift, Out for lunch, back In after lunch, and Out at the end of the day!
