What is Veritas?
Vertias is the platform C2CS will use to curate contacts in Q4 2021.
Veritas is an existing, red-certified platform (i.e. rated to handle Critical data such as raw customer contacts) for data annotation, used by Machine Learning (ML) scientists to create labeled data sets for training ML models. We are adapting the Veritas platform to allow the annotation of audio files. Doing so will give C2CS a red-certified process — outside of CSC — for curating phone contacts.
