Looters, ditches, deep rivers, famine, disease, cart to heavy, animals died, death, and Indians.

The dust bowl was a time where great big winds of sand like dirt blowing everywhere in the south. It started because farmers practiced poor farming skills.

We wanted New Orleans because of the Mississippi river, a known trade route. The French sent a letter back saying they didn't want their land anymore so we got it all. (This helped the idea of manifest destiny)

Native Americans were attacked and forced to leave their lands. It also caused environmental harm. Left many people in debt or homeless.
