What is the Epicranius?
A small muscle located between the eyebrows below the frontalis.
What is the Corrugator?
The front portion of the epicranius; causes wrinkles across the forehead.
What is the Frontalis?
Located near the temple.
What is the temporalis?
The tendon that connects the occipitalis & frontalis muscles.
What is the Epicranial aponeurosis?
Ring muscle of the eye socket.
What is the Orbicularis Oculi?
The back portion of the epicranius; draws the scalp backward.
What is the Occipitalis?
The muscle that surrounds the upper lip that expresses distaste.
What is the Levator labii superious?
Broad muscle responsible for lowering the lower jaw and lip.
What is the Platysma?
Originates at the lower part of the zygomatic and causes the mouth to close
