The Greeks and Trojans were at war for 10 years. The Greeks gave the Trojans a gift of a wooden horse as a peace offering. Greek soldiers hid inside of the horse. The Trojans took the horse inside their city. While they slept, the Greeks got out of the horse, opened the gates, and burned the city of Troy.
