Describe Jainism. Jainism is very non-violence centered. Jainists will sweep the ground in front of them and wear masks to keep from destroying life. They developed between the Mauryan and Guptan Empires as a mix and more extreme version of Buddhism and Hinduism.

Describe Hindu beliefs:
Hinduism came out of Aryan culture. They believe in a strict caste system (in which you cannot change your status during your lifetime). They believe in reincarnation (cycle of rebirth), and in karma. They are polytheistic (believe in more than one god). Hindus ultimate goal is to reach moksha and exit the wheel of rebirth. Their main sacred text is known as the Vedas. They also believe in non violence.
