You might've misunderstood their reasoning, they could be offering you potential solutions, you would like to be listened too if it were you, they're only trying to help.
Trevor saw that Jamie and Tyler were talking and assumed it was about him. Trevor asked if they were talking about him and they said no. Trevor did not believe them but went to a staff member to talk about it. He received his assurance and was able to have a better day. Do or don't?
Do. Even though he didn't believe them, Trevor talked to a staff about it and he was able to resolve the issue and have a good day.
