These 3 guidelines involving the number 20 help avoid eyestrain.
What are:
--to look up every 20 minutes?
--to look at something that is 20 feet away?
--to look at it for 20 seconds?
This is the only needed material that mentors must provide on assessment day.
What is a computer?
This is the way that the first reader marks that a process is present on the AOP.
What is a single slash from right to left?
The first reader writes one of these comments in column J after they have finished assessing a folder.
What is met or not met yet?
A process may be circled to indicate this.
What is a missing process?
This is the part of the room that you go to to file the AOP when another reader is needed today.
What is the front of the room?
This is the part of the room that you go to to indicate that another reader is not needed today.
What is the back of the room?
These columns will be completed by the second reader. (Must sing answer.)
What is K, L, M, N, O, P?
These are the trays and the location where the first reader may put the AOP when they are finished assessing the file.
What are the met and not met yet files at the front of the room?
Under this condition, the second reader will not separate the NCR form when they file the AOP in the back of the room.
What is it when both readers agree that the PT has Not Met Yet?
Under this condition the second reader files the AOP in the front of the room in the Third Reader Tray.
What is when Reader 1 and Reader 2 disagree?
These are the four categories that each reader must fill out at the bottom of the AOP when they are done assessing the evidence.
What is Name, Date, Met/Not Met Yet, and Feedback?
This part of the NCR form gets filed in the mentor's folder if the PT's evidence has met the requirements.
What is the yellow sheet?
This part of the NCR form gets filed in the Met File Tray at the back of the room if the PT's file has met the requirements.
What is the white sheet?
The first mentor fills out these 6 categories at the top of the AOP.
What are:
Name, District, Grade Level/Subject Area, Mentor, Date, and Inquiry Question for all PT2's and some PT1's?
