What should you do if you have something conflicting with APAM events?
Mentors are highly encouraged to bring conflicts up immediately and attempt to reschedule whatever is easiest in order to avoid incurring absences.
Check the gcal regularly and clarify if something is unclear!

Attendance Issues:
Missing bi-weekly or monthly meetings without a valid excuse.
Consistently arriving late to meetings.
Behavioral Concerns:
Exhibiting conduct that is disrespectful, lacking compassion, or closed-minded.
Participation Problems:
Failing to communicate or respond to small group teammates and head mentors.
Neglecting leadership and support responsibilities, negatively impacting APAM and fellow mentors/mentees.

Why are we substance free?
Affinity based mentorship doesn't require alcohol. We want it to be an inclusive space for all people.

Mentors are required to attend the following: bi-weekly meetings with the head in charge of their group, the monthly APAM-wide mentor meeting, and all-APAM events (i.e. course registration, Songkran, etc.)
