Limited to a maximum of 10 hours in one 24-hour period, regardless of drivers available. Frequent breaks are required, including rest, food, and recreation. Do not drive when distracted or drowsy.
What is maximum number of driving hours?
On religious, philosophical, or medical grounds, adults and youth (adult parent/guardian) can be exempt from all vaccinations and/or immunizations required by the Scouting America for attendance at camp, accepting full responsibility for health of youth and/or adult. The adult agrees to hold harmless Scouting Americas representatives from any liability that might arise during Scouting activities by virtue of this exemption.

What is the Medical Care Exemption Form?
This type of policy responds to allegations or claims from a third party that they suffered personal injury or property damage due to negligent action. Coverage is limited to official Scouting activities. Local councils, chartered organizations, and registered volunteers are provided with primary coverage. The insurance provided to unregistered volunteers through the general liability insurance program is excess over any other insurance the volunteer has. Scouting youth (age 17 and younger) are not insured under this policy. Provides volunteers and chartered organizations additional excess coverage for motor vehicles above a local council’s automobile liability policy or a volunteer’s or chartered organization’s automobile or watercraft liability policy. The owner’s motor vehicle (automobile) or watercraft liability insurance is primary.
What is Comprehensive General Liability Insurance?
This insurance provides medical coverage to Scouting participants on an excess basis for injuries or fatalities that arise out of an official Scouting activity. Coverage for Scouts and Scouters furnishes medical reimbursement within the policy amounts of death, accident, or sickness. Insurance acts as secondary policy when primary policy exits.
