What's the difference between necktonic & benthic creatures?
Necktonic creatures can swim. Benthic creatures do not swim but move, in some way, across the bottom of the water.
Where do most whales spend their Summers and Winters?
Their Summer's are spend mostly in polar regions where there's a good food supply. In the Winter they travel to more tropical regions in order to have their young.
What are some dangers to Pinnipeds?
Polar bears, orcas, and sharks may eat them for food. Bad storms can wash rookeries away, or fishing line can get them tangled.
