Limited connectivity to import pictures. After upgrading about a week ago to lifetime membership, I'm still told my membership is expired and must reconfirm everytime I logon. Great number of shutdowns.

Hey keepsafe the app says i have a premium subscription but i havent subscribed to your services, neither have i paid for it. can you check into whats happening. its kinda scary cause i have my private files there and i was wondering what is going on. please respond asap.

This is most likely the Complimentary Premium that lasts 31 days. Support needs to look at the account to confirm whether they are on the Premium Trial or if they accidentally subscribed at one point.

Having sent my photos to KeepSafe, trying to move them out of KeepSafe is ridiculous, one photo at a time REALLY ! Over 600 photos stored and can only move one at a time! ALSO on each single move an advert pops up, some adverts can’t be cleared and the app has to be shut down, absolutely disgusting appalling app.
What is User Error.
You can import more than one photo at a time.
I wanted to save these videos where a girl is shaking her booty and there was 6 videos and i copied all six and it only saved 1 which was the worst so Rip me

I have been a user since the last three or four years.. now i cannot unhide the pictures from the vault to the photo gallery on my iphone.

I only needed the subscription for a month. Not the whole year. Was advertised for 1.99 a month. So I did it. $25 out of my bank account. Very Unhappy, I’m requesting a refund. Either way I don’t plan on using the product anymore.

We advertise $1.99/month, and in smaller letters it shows the total yearly price at $23.99. We don’t usually offer a refund in these situations when they contact support. We simply apologize for the confusion AND send them instructions on how to cancel auto-renewals in iTunes.

Live pictures once imported to this app are saved as live pics but when I am using the option of copy to camera roll or move to camera roll, those pictures are not moving while other pictures and videos can be done.

This is a known issue; once exported, live photos do not work.

For some reason, many of the pictures I have uploaded have shrank in size in the app. They zoomed out maybe 5x the original so they are hard to see. Zooming in doesn't even get them to fill up half the screen.

I can’t figure out how to export some photos back to photo’s on i-phone. The only way I have found is to send in a message to myself and then “save image”... any ideas??

What is Now. To export they need to select the items to export and then tap “Send” at the top of the screen, then choose “Move to Camera Roll.”

I accidentally deleted the app and when I went to log into it after redownloading it, the access code was never sent to me. I clicked “resend code” and still nothing, several times I repeated this. Now all my pictures happen to be permanently deleted. Thanks app.
What is User Error.
This is a common user issue that support sees. Here are some common reasons:
1- The user is hasty and did not wait enough (in the forgotten password cases, we wait 15 mins before the code is sent)
2- The email was wrong and unverified in the first place; like adding "gamil" instead of gmail
3- Sometimes our emails are blocked, or have been sent to Spam.
I love it that’s all I can say I think it’s a good app. Keep up the good work.

Even more, the function to recognize duplicate photos was removed some time ago, it was such a great feature, too bad it was removed.
What is Functionality.
Every picture and gif that I put it is small thumb nail size. I have to zoom in to see anything every picture.

For GIF files we know some may appear to be smaller in size as the app is not making them fill the screen on its own. Our Support Team has a “bug” report for this. Pictures should not show up in a small size unless they have a very low resolution and are actually that small. Support needs more info for this one.

App is great, used to be way better but it is very intuitive but importing directly out of the camera roll hardly ever works or freezes my phone and i have an iPhone X so that’s not the problem - it freezes or takes incredible long to finally pop up to import.

I have been using this app for years! Absolutely love it and the new features that keep coming out. I am a paid member. And it is well worth your money! However I just updated and Apple’s “New Laws” state that in section 1.1.6 that there can be no “false information” and therefore we have lost the secret Door function. Shame apple. It’s a feature I pay for and I want it back!! Change section 1.1.6 of your guidelines!! Or find a loophole KeepSafe! Either way, 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work KeepSafe!! You are one app I love to throw my money at!
What is Functionality.
Hi, I recently deleted this app and all half of my pictures were gone. Is there any way I can get them back? Thank you.

This is expected. Non-synced items (the limit is typically 200 items for Basic accounts) cannot be restored after reinstalling the app. iOS wipes it all when a reinstallation takes place, so they will not be able to retrieve their files, sadly.

What is User Error or Bug.
This could be a Bug. Support has seen some issues with backup in iOS recently.
OR
This could be User Error. iOS does not allow apps to process files in the background, so the App needs to stay open in order to sync photos. Support directs users to change their phone settings: Settings > General > Auto Lock > “Never”
No. How do we know what we put on there is actually safe. Maybe the app owners KNOW what photos we put in there and have easy access to go see our PRIVATE pictures.
