We have a master spreadsheet of contracts and our CORs all add the expiration dates of the contracts they manage to their calendars.

If we could have an easier way to track contract expiration that doesn't rely on people checking a spreadsheet that would be great!

Once you send the 10 emails to get input, then another 10 to make sure everyone weighs in on time, and God forbid, someone notices we have the wrong clauses or clauses missing that need to be corrected or added, it could be months before we can actually post a solicitation.
How does manually collecting data from the stakeholders affect the timeliness of your workflow?
I just want a simple dashboard that allows me to track the status of where things stand, who owes what, and what vendors are even in play.

I can get my boss off my back about all of these bridge contracts we've had to do over the last two years, and finally get a 4 on my performance review, instead of the 3s that I always get.

First we ask everyone for their requirements. Collect those responses, write the RFP, send it back to everyone for review, eventually post the solicitation, filter the responses for qualified vendors, aske everyone to review and rank their preferences, discuss and make an award.

We have so many legacy systems that each hold some of the necessary data, but none that hold it all. Ripping and replacing it would be so expensive!
