How to Issue a negative Bonus?

If a driver receives a ride payment or cancellation fee for an incomplete trip, issue a negative bonus in the amount of the drivers earnings.

  • You can access the bonus tool in the following places:

    • 'Payouts' tab in TOM
    • 'Driver Ride Details' page for the ride in TOM, and select 'Bonus Driver'
  • Issue a negative bonus (indicated by the "-" sign in front of the amount) for the amount received
  • For cancellation fees use the bonus reason 'Cancel Fee'
