There should be no tasks in your Userhold unless you need to attempt another screening or waiting for ART referral to generate

Ring incorrect YSP to decline referral. Go to Referrals/Transfer tab - Declined Referrals - declined by Provider and move to correct YSP
CMS has already validated IRD number. Should I send ART task back if this is not provided in supporting documents?
No. IRD & MSD information share, therefore supporting document not required if IRD is validated.
