The customer says, "You're way too far from me."

I completely understand. Quite a few customers actually drive from far distances to come to our dealership, because they feel they can trust our prices and our value. This is a big purchase. It is important to know you got the best value for your money. What I would like to do is have a Specialist reach out to you to answer some of your questions about the vehicle because we value your time. If we're able to earn your business over your local dealership, when do you think you would be able to get to us to see it?

The customer says, "I don’t have a vehicle to get there."

I understand your dilemma, Ms. Customer. That's a frustrating situation. I would like to get you into a vehicle so you can go where you need to without issue in the future! We handle these things often and send customers home in vehicles so that they don't have to worry about transportation issues anymore. We have a wide variety of options here at the dealership. If you have to get somewhere really important, do you have a friend you can call or could you take an Uber? I have a 3:15 or a 5:45 available if you need some time to organize the ride.

The customer says, "Im not ready to buy right now. I'm just looking."

No problem! Its smart to gather the information needed for such a big decision. However, you wouldn't want to do research online for 6 months only to realize when you sit in the car that you don't like the feel of it. What time today are you free to stop in to drive the vehicle, feel it, smell it and experience it in person so that you can make an informed decision when you are ready?

The customer says, "I can't come in until I get numbers."

Absolutely. By any chance do you have a trade in? You would get the best numbers if we could value your trade into it. Also, when buying a vehicle your presence is your power to get the best numbers that we can with the banks. What time today can I put you in for?

The customer said, "I don't know my schedule today. I'll be in later on sometime. I can't set an appointment."

All the more reason to make an appointment so that we can get you in and out and back to your busy schedule! We're flexible though! What I can do is put you in for a tentative time. I will send you a text message right now to connect with you and then if that time changes, just shoot me a text and I will adjust it!

The customer was looking at a Ford F150 and they say, "We are already working a deal with another dealership. Why should we come to you?"

Oh, no problem. What makes us different here at Holman is that we have a fully transparent process. We provide you with the VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT, so there are no surprises. We give you the RECONDITIONING PAPERS, so that you can see everything we did to bring that vehicle up to our standards. We also give you a copy of the MARKET ANALYSIS, so you can see how our vehicle compares to all other vehicles in competing dealerships. Without that documentation, you wouldnt really have the full picture of the product you're buying. You wouldn't buy a house without an inspection report right? How about I put aside an appointment for you today and then you can give Braman a call and ask if they will provide you with these documents?

The customer said, "I'd like the numbers for this car please."

I will be happy to set an appointment for you to stop in to go over some numbers with the Specialist. What time today are you free to stop in? Does now or later on today work better for you?

The customer says, "I can't set an appointment because I don’t know my schedule right now."

Absolutely. All the more reason to set an appointment so that we can be efficient with your time and get you back to your busy schedule! What I can do is set a tentative appointment, then I will connect with you through text message and send you a confirmation. If you find that you need to adjust that appointment, just shoot me a text and I will adjust it. This way I can give the Specialist a heads up that you will be arriving. If you were to show up when you happened to have time, you may be waiting for an hour for someone to be available! But setting an appointment could save about 2 hours in the dealership. What is it about this vehicle that caught your eye? It looks like this vehicle has a pending deal, however it appears as though we have a number of vehicles that meet the same requirements that you are looking for.  What time today are you able to stop in to check out your options with the Specialist? The customer inquired about test driving a 2025 BMW X3, which is not in stock and can only be ordered.

At this time, the X5's are on an order only basis. Let me tell you how this works. When you come in, you would test drive a newer preowned X5, so that you can see how well this vehicle holds up after a couple years of use. The Specialist will also show you what we have coming in so that you can pick exactly what you want down to any add ons that you prefer. When the vehicle comes in, you will still have the choice after test driving it to buy or not. No risk to you! What time today are you free to stop in to talk to a Specialist about this?
