for those who are curious if they've placed an order or not, or they simply want to see the history of what a member has gotten. where do they go?

Admin Console > Appreciation Orders > Member Order History - OR - the Completed tab > filter by contract or community > export any and all orders > filter file by specific member(s)

when creating an order, enterprise and community have been selected and member emails are added. admin is still throwing an error! why could this be? (multiple answers)

an email may be incorrect (ex: juju@hatmail.com)

a member may not belong to the community selected - this is why 'use member community' is an important feature

a member may have been removed

a reward worth the equivalent of $5 USD is being sent to members from multiple countries and curious to know what brand options members will see in their respective currencies - ex: USA = $5, Japan = 780, Australia = 8

navigate to VI Now and filter on each GC Pass -
USA would see all of their brand options, Japan would see Amazon, and Australia would only see 4/18 because 8 AUD is a very low amount for them. this is a good reminder that checking brand options is important to consider when giving points
