1)Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. 2)Be a first-generation college student. 3)Be a Stockton resident for at least the past 3 years. 4)Apply for admission as a new incoming undergraduate student to the University of the Pacific, for the Fall 2018 semester. 5)Be awarded a Cal Grant A or B and a Pell Grant at Pacific. 6)Meet the reduced and free lunch guidelines. 7)Have evidence of involvement and volunteerism in the community. 8)Be committed to using your education to improve the Stockton community.
