What is the discrepancy found in the Follow Up process?

Consultants in Toronto follow up twice before closing a case for non-response, while those in Bogota follow up only once. To standardize this process, we propose that all Employee Services teams follow up twice before closing any case.

CMS automatically follows up on cases twice. This is the reason for our proposal to align with the four communications generated by the system.
