This is the only scenario in which you would capture a Partial Rejection.

This must be recorded at the beginning of the waste line description when it appears in Section 9a of a PDF.

These are the 3 identifying tells that the manifest is a Rejection to Original Generator:
What is 1) RCRA has been designated "Original Generator" under New Manifest Designation in Phase 1; 2) The Generator ID# is locked (sec 1); 3) Section 8 is editable.
If any part of this area appears illegible on the PDF, you must leave this entirely blank in RCRA.

These two section 14 comments are used when either the generator or transporter date is missing/illegible.
What is "GENERATOR/TRANSPORTER 1 DATE WAS MISSING/ILLEGIBLE AND ENTERED BASED ON TRANSPORTER 1/GENERATOR SIGN DATE"

When there is missing information in section 10-12, you may check these locations and apply this statement to push the manifest.
What is section 14 & 18, with the statement "SECTION [10, 11 OR 12] INFORMATION WAS PULLED FROM SECTION 14/18"

This comment is used in the waste line area of section 14 when there is more than one container in a PCB waste line but there is no corresponding continuation sheet.

Do not mark as illegible. If all other areas are entered in RCRA it can be marked "No Error".
For BFI Golden Triangle as the designated facility manifests, when there are 2 values in section 12, such as TN/P and Y, you may use which unit to push the manifest

When a waste line contains two UN/NA codes, this code is the one you enter into the RCRA ID Number field.

This comment is used when there is a list of additional waste codes, other than the ones on the form page (1) of the manifest.
What is "EXTRA WASTE CODES LISTED ON SECOND PAGE"? [Depending on how many/what pages--"third page" or "second and third page".] If there is anything in section 14 about additional waste codes, it does not need to be captured.
1) "_____" is(are) responsible for checking invalid/missing STATE WASTE CODES in Section 13.

This is the guidance when a waste line contains double information for section 10-12 within the same waste line.
What is Capture each set of information within their own waste lines and enter the section 14 comment "WASTE LINE(S) [X] ON MANIFEST CONTAINED DOUBLE/EXTRA INFORMATION AND WAS SEPARATED INTO INDIVIDUAL WASTE LINES PER EPA GUIDANCE."
When 18b & 18c are auto-populated in RCRA, this scenario will prevent you from pushing the manifest through; you must also select this issue in RPL's dropdown menu.
What is Sections 8 & 18b have the same EPA ID; and What is “Rejection - Industry User entered incorrect info”
This four-letter ID, and Section 14 comment, is used when Section 9b has no UN/NA code, but Section 13 contains Federal Waste Codes.
What is "NOID" and "Section 9b of Waste line X did not have a proper UN/NA code. Per EPA Guidance we have entered NOID to move this manifest through"
This comment should be added to Section 14 when unused preprinted waste lines contain different information and must be treated as non-shipped.
What is "INFORMATION ON THIS MANIFEST WAS PRE-PRINTED/PRE-POPULATED AND DID NOT SHIP"
There are waste codes missing in RCRA, that were not recorded from the manifest; per new guidance these are the potential issues you select depending on the codes missing.
What is “Line 13 (WL#) federal codes not recorded in RCRA” or “Line 13 (WL#) state codes not recorded in RCRA”.
Per Lawrence County Waste Water Treatment Plants exemption (ID# ), if section 10 lists a container type of "H" ; then you may change it to this container type.
