These Board Members provides financial reports in every board meeting, deposits funds into APSA's banking account and signs off on reimbursements, coordinates fundraisers, advises on budgets for events, and maintains relations with sponsors.
Who is the Finance Duo?
This duo coordinates Ice Breakers for events, sorts out GBM'ers into Families, hosts an event in which Fams compete against each other, and coordinate two org wide events in a semester.

This board member tends to dress up in all black and can't be seen without all their apple products, at the racing sim in the EEC, and their DJ set-up.

This Board Member oversees weekly Auxiliaries as well as hosting a bi-weekly physical Auxiliary, hosts a sports event, and manages intramural sporting events.
Who is the Auxiliary Director?
This Board Member helps with tasks delegated by the Executive Vice President, helps plan E^2, plans bonfire, and helps with FTS.

This Board Member creates a weekly newsletter in which they update GBM'ers and Alumni alike on what's going on in the club, records attendance in GBM's and events, and maintains the APSAlumni Coalition with the Historian.
Who is the Membership Secretary?
This Board Member raises awareness of API issues in our community, has a personal segment at GBM's, and collaborates with the Cultural Coordinator to create an event to raise awareness on API issues.
Who is the Political Coordinator?
This Board Member is in charge of overseeing the External branch, maintains APSA merch, purchases Executive Board apparel, and directs APSA promotional activities and events outside of SDSU.
Who is the External Vice President?
This system, which is overseen by the Activities duo, allows board members to be parents and create an environment in which GBM'ers and Board Members can co-exist in similarities and host socials for them to interact more with each other.

This board member said "oh it's like regular uno", while playing uno, and put a blue 3 on a yellow 7 and looked super convinced while everyone was just looking at them with a confused look.

This Board Member oversees the executive branch and performs the duties of the President in their absence and helps coordinate FTS and E^2.

This board member oversees the Internal branch for the completion of their work, manages affairs with SDSU, coordinates tabling for events where we can outreach, and maintains relations with other student orgs as well as gathers information about events for other student orgs.

This Board Member represents APSA at all SDSU functions/events, maintains order during Board Meetings, oversees all APSA related activities, and collaborates with the Executive Vice President to plan retreats for the Exec. Board.

This report is required to be done before Board Meetings and allows a summary of what each Board Member has done in the days prior to the last board meeting.
