What is a Location Leader?
A tracking tool that is due weekly and used to record your hours. It is hosted on Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud.

The acronym for the Arcadis risk management system used to assess task hazards, both when planning and in real-time.

What is our primary muster point?
A a current employee who teams up with a new hire in the first 3 months of employment. The Partner welcomes the new employee and helps him/her navigate through and acclimate to Arcadis’ resources, systems, people and culture.

What is Vision Travel/Concur Solutions?
A document outlining the steps to perform a particular job, the hazards for each step, and controls for those hazards. It is a living document and is updated by field members (i.e., "dirtying" the document).

We must have these visible at all times to avoid getting a parking ticket. When visitors are expected, we can order some from Innovation Place Admin.
What is a parking pass?
A person who manages people and plans workload to ensure resources are allocated to projects appropriately.

A learning platform to access various Arcadis training courses.
What is the Learning Center?
Includes aiming high while steering, getting the big picture, keeping your eyes moving, leaving yourself an out, and making sure they see you.
What is the Smith 5 Keys System for Space Cushion Driving?
A site where we conduct waste and hazardous materials monitoring during the late spring, summer, and early fall.

We use them to book meeting rooms, including the Atrium Business Centre Boardroom. Note that with the exception of the aforementioned boardroom, all other meeting rooms have a booking charge.
