This secret occurs when playing one of the game over mini games in FNAF 2. When playing the 'SAVE THEM' mini game after getting a game over, you are tasked with giving gifts to the kids and further giving life to the spirits killed by afton. However, after giving the last gift to the spirits, this secret will appear for exactly 1 freeze frame before getting the full game over screen.

This easter egg currently holds record for the most trickiest to unlock in UCN, in order to properly unlock it. You must have achieved the death coin as a prize from a previous set level, have only the golden Freddy animatronic difficulty level set to 1, not have an encounter with dee dee throughout the night and then use the coin when golden Freddy appears. If performed correctly, this secret will appear.
Fredbear Jumpscare
This historic moment was first displayed as a mere trolling joke from Scott Cawthon. However, after brightening the image, a news interview was depicting about a sudden gas leak in the location's building. During the end of the game, the real secret is described by both a mini game and by none other than baby herself.

This secret currently holds the record to be the utmost toughest secret to unlock in the entire FNAF franchise. At first, this secret had struck a lot of controversy within the fandom due to the fact that nobody else had been able to unlock it but after being confirmed through via livestream walkthrough by youtuber's Dawko and Jonnyblox, it's existence was confirmed. In order to unlock it, you must successfully play through any particular level in the DLC, have 3 Clown posters in the win lobby and shoot 1 dart through each poster successfully.
