They are located throughout the department. SSF 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor- in hallways on both sides. SSF Orchid Center-back of registration near managers’ office and in hallway going towards A & B side. DLC all floors: in hallways on both sides. San Bruno- behind registration by storage closet.

What training do we receive regarding members rights?
KP learn modules that we complete every 1-2 years: HR attestations and abuse reporting, Medi-cal Compliance 101, Equal access and effective communication.

For SSF: dial 5000 to call for Team Alert or Code Blue and let operator know your exact location.
After, you can call RN for assistance
