Mocking jays were originally created as capital spies. They quickly were turned against them when the capitol realized this.
The tracker jackers were developed by the capitol as a sort of biological land mine. When they were disturbed, the stings could create hallucinations or even death.

When you don't support your claims with evidence you are less convincing. No one will believe an argument if you don't give proof!
Why does it matter if a source is credible or not?
It can help you determine if the information is true. When you cite untrustworthy information, YOU become less trustworthy too!
