Opinion is your perspective that CAN'T be supported by facts while a claim IS supported completely by factual evidence.

School days should be shortened 

Picture a classroom, crammed with 34 students for 8 long class periods for 7 hours straight! Kid's heads lying on their desks pools of saliva all over their desks, kids staring with blank sleepy eyes as the teacher drags on, student's passing notes no longer listening to what is being taught. This inevitably happens when school days drag on for long amounts of time.

Basketball games are the most fun sporting event. 

Only fifteen seconds on the clock. The squeaking of shoes on the gym floor doesn't seem to block out the fans' beating hearts as they anxiously await the outcome. #5 shoots and scores a three pointer, SWOOSH,  winning the game! the timer blares ringing everyone's ears.  Fans jump from their seat making the bleachers creak under their weight. Popcorn goes flying as piercing screams echo throughout the gymnasium as everyone cheers and slaps each other on the back in excitement. This is just a taste of what you might experience at a basketball game.
