Rising Action - example: saving Aouda, all different forms of transportation on the adventure, Fix after them

Climax - Fogg loses the bet by 5 minutes

Falling Action - Spent a lot of money, overcame many obstacles, and still lost the bet by 5 minutes

Resolution - Fogg did not lose the bet, they actually arrived a day earlier, so he won.  In the end, Mr. Phileas Fogg admits that it was all worth finding Aouda; whether the wager was one or lost. Passespartout realizes that the trip could have been made in 78 days and tell Mr. Fogg. He replies: "No doubt...by not crossing India. But if I had not crossed India, I should not have saved  Aouda; she would not have been my wife, and- Mr. Fogg quietly shut the door."
