What are some things to check if I think I finished with an artwork?

Have I filled up the space? Did I add details? Does it need an outline? Have you tried different thicknesses and EMPHASIS for your lines, or does everything "weigh the same amount"? Did you use your best CRAFTSMANSHIP?
