This is the most important thing to do during elections or when sign-up sheets are passed around.

ASB is great, but according to our rules, these must always come first.
What are my other academic classes?
Before any posters and other ads go up, they must be shown to this leader who then must show these three other specific people for approval.
Who is the head of advertising, vice president, president, and advisor?
Leaders check in with these specific student leaders to create monthly agendas and track deadlines.
Who are committee heads?
You should do this "all the time" to keep the environment organized.
What is cleaning up after yourself?
Because we are a team, our room should be this type of environment for everyone, a standard ensured by the Advisor.
What is a safe environment?
If you are failing this many classes, you will be placed on a "naughty list." After 1 week of failing this many classes you may be put in "ASB Jail."
What is one or more classes?
To help those in need, the head of community outreach is responsible for gathering these specific items from the community.
What are donations?
To keep students on track, the advisor should conduct monthly reflections, interviews, and these academic check-ins.
What are grade chats?
Unless you can speak on them respectfully, you should keep these to yourself.
What are negative opinions and/or thoughts?
You are expected to do this for your classmates even if you don't like what they have to say.
What is being tolerant and listening?
When talking about upcoming events outside of the class or on social media, you must maintain confidentiality about sensitive matters to avoid doing this to the student body.
What is a misunderstanding or disappointment?
Before starting a project, the Treasurer creates this detailed plan to show how much money can be spent.

Beyond group meetings, a leader should ensure everyone feels heard by meeting with them in this specific way.

If you need a break, you can do this with your duties as long as you let someone know.

This is the primary goal you must achieve to stay active in ASB duties.

The Treasurer has this special power to stop a plan if the cost is determined to be too expensive.

Instead of just telling people what to do, a true ASB leader does this to set the standard for others.
