What is the Ralph M. Brown Act? (or Brown Act)

This class of rule has to be adopted by membership and cannot be suspended.
They shall serve as a liaison between the ASG and community benefit and non-profit organizations to organize community service opportunities for the student body. They must organize at least one community service opportunity per semester and work with the Public Relations Coordinator to inform students of all opportunities to engage in community service.
Kelly Binion attends, actively participates, and represents the Associated Student Government of Clovis Community College at Region V meetings. She provides a monthly report of the ASO's official activities and correspondences.
They shall be the final authority in the interpretation of the Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies of the ASG, unless overruled by the College President.
