Original reporting is getting direct quotes and information rather than just summarizing information from other news sources like the Times Union.

Copyright is the exclusive legal right given to someone to print or publish that material.
What is the ASP publication schedule?
Sundays are pitch meetings, writers have from Sunday to Friday to write articles. Section editors will work with writers to make edits and put articles in copy by Sunday to be published on Monday. Office Hours are held every Thursday from 6-8 pm in the ASP office.
