It's homework time, and you have to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is outside of your classroom. You get up and leave the room to go to the bathroom. What's wrong with this picture?
Please ask your teacher if you can go to the bathroom before leaving the classroom, and if your class has bathroom passes, make sure to take one before you leave! Always ask an adult before leaving the classroom so we can make sure you are safe.

You are in the middle of a craft when your parents come to pick you up. Excited to leave, you toss what you are working on onto your table, gather your things, and leave. What step is missing?
Before leaving, you must clean up your work area and whatever mess you've made.
It's the end of mat meeting, and everyone voted on a game that you think is really stupid. Give two examples of how you should NOT respond.
1. Complain loudly to anyone with ears.
2. Refuse to play this stupid game even though it'll probably be fun if you give it a try.
3. Ruin the game for everyone by cheating or yelling out the answers.
4. Play on your iPad or read your own book instead because you aren't gonna play that stupid game.
You are outside playing soccer at free choice, when the teacher calls everyone to line up. You just want to make one more kick. What should you do?

We are on a field trip. You are assigned to be with your Aspire teacher, but two of your best friends are in Ms. Gaby's group. What should you do?
Stay with your assigned teacher.
Your team is losing during a math game. You want to give up and leave your team to figure it out by themselves because you feel like there is no point in continuing. What should you do?
Keep trying! The results could change. Even if your team does not win, you are learning something new, which is the whole point of the activity.
Your class has started an activity where you need to work in pairs. You didn't get paired with your friend like you wanted, and instead you were paired with someone who you think is really annoying. Give three examples of how you should NOT behave.
1. Say they're SO ANNOYING

3. Refuse to participate because this is SO unfair.
4. Ignore your partner and do all the work yourself because you are NOT talking to them.
5. Ignore your partner and make them do all the work because this is the worst day of your life.
It's read-aloud time and you're so sick of it. You think reading is really boring. Give one example of what you SHOULD do, and one example of what you should NOT do.
SHOULD do: Give the book a try and listen to the story. You might like it!
Should NOT do: Complain to everyone how much you hate Read-Alouds, and decide to read your own book or play on your iPad instead. Very rude behavior!
Your class is lined up because your teachers are taking your classroom down the hallway for a bathroom break. Give three examples of what you should NOT do on the way to and from the bathroom.
1. RUN down the hallway like there is a monster behind you.
2. Push everyone out of the way to be the first person in line because you deserve that honor more than anyone else.
3. Decide you're not gonna go, you're just gonna do whatever you want.
4. Not pay attention and don't get in line until your teachers have asked you to seven hundred times.
Your friend is really making you mad. You feel like you want to hit them. What should you do?
Walk away and calm down so you don't make any unsafe decisions. Hitting people is not appropriate.
It's homework time, and your homework is hard. It would be WAY more fun to play Roblox or watch TikTok instead of doing your homework. What should you do?
