What should you check before scheduling a client with a counselor?
The OS and any scheduling restrictions listed
What do we tell a counselor who asks us to reschedule their clients because they are sick?
Start with compassion, explain that they are the ones responsible for their schedules. We can help them in more extreme cases/emergencies (usually up to Aimee) They can give us a heads up if they are unable to get a hold of anyone and we can let them know if they show up for the appointment.
