What needs to be established prior to building an Organization Account?
An Individual Profile with current Director Administrator employment information reflected.
Who can request administrative access to an Org.?
Assistant Directors & other members of the administrative team
What are Org. Profile User(s)?
Organization profile users are the current administrators from the verified employees list.
Who determines the Organization Account Status vs the Program ID Status?
Aspire Staff determine Org. Account Status
Licensing determine Program ID Status

OCFS License lookup

How does another Director Administrator Request Administrative Access to an Organization profile?
They click on their name in the upper right hand side of the screen to use the drop down menu Selecting “+ Organization Profile” and entering in the Aspire Organization ID
How does a Director Administrator create classrooms?
Select the "Add Group” button to add classroom information like name & start date.
What does "Unregistered" mean?
This simply status means the program's license, permit, and/or regulatory ID has not just yet registered yet.
& an organization profile request just needs to be submitted to review and approve.
