Describe the cross-observation process?
Staff observe one another and take observational notes. They use their notes to score a PQA and bring that with evidence to the consensus meeting.

Describe a consensus scoring approach for SAYO-S
Multiple staff reflect on one student at a time. They discuss each item, reach consensus and then score.
