What is material culture/non-material culture
Material culture is a group’s belongings. All examples of material culture can be touched or purchased. Examples of material culture include clothing, food, technology, furniture, houses, and pets.
Nonmaterial culture includes the aspects of culture that effect people, but you cannot see. Nonmaterial culture is a group’s beliefs and values. Examples include religion, language, prejudices, gender stereotypes, and traditions.
