The Code

Refers to an individual who is alleged to have experienced conduct that violates this Policy.

Complainant

This person may advise their advisee through out the disciplinary process in any manner, including providing questions, suggestions, and guidance on responses to any questions posed to the advisee, but shall not participate directly during the investigation or hearing process.

Advisor

Includes but is not limited to, any physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature. Any violence, physical abuse, injury, or physical harm of another person.

Refers to the physical and/or mental inability to make informed, rational judgments. It can result from mental disability, sleep, involuntary physical restraint, status as a minor under the age of 16, or from intentional or unintentional taking of alcohol and/or other drugs.
