This emotions is when we evaluate environmental demand as beyond our ability to cope successfully. This includes elements of unpredictability, uncontrollability, and felling overloaded.
What is stress?
This is actually not an emotion, but drives all sorts of big feelings. this is the crush of conformity from one side and competition from the other - it's trying to simultaneously fit in and stand out

This is an almost unbearable and traumatic swirl of shock, incredulity, grief, and powerlessness. This not only takes away our ability to breathe, feel, and think - it comes for our bones.
