Him, Not us
No beginning and no end. God has always existed and always will. God the father, Son and Spirit are all the same:
What is Eternal
God is completely free from fault or defect
What is Perfect
God does not change. Because God never changes we can trust Him always.
What is Unchanging
We see this in His love and faithfulness. All of God's ways are righteous.
What is Good
God will do all He has promised. God knows and loves each of His own.
What is Faithful
God controls all things. There is nothing outside of God's wise control. No one tells God what to do.
What is Sovereign
Jesus is not just an idea or impersonal force. Jesus came to earth as a human and experienced life as we do.
What is Person
God is with us everywhere. God is with His children no matter where they are.
What is Omnipresent
Who God is. It never fails. Shown to us by sending Jesus, as Savior.
What is Love
God does not give us what our sins deserve. He restrains evil and holds back sin.
What is Merciful
What is Holy
God could put an end to human rebellion immediately, but God has pity on people whose lives are broken by sin.
What is Patient
When you have a heavy load that you can't bear on your own, take what you are worried about and give it to the Lord. He will equip you to endure it and provide for all your needs.
What is Sustainer
God's decisions are always based on His righteous character. God cannot ignore sin because He is holy.
What is Just
God is this in all He does. He is fair, just, faithful. God has no sin.
What is Righteous
We must remember that God uses the very hard things to show us HIS power. Start seeing them as an opportunity to let God prove that HE is enough.
What is Sufficient
God cares for every creature He has made. God's greatest gift is His Son. Because He gave us Jesus, we can trust Him to give us everything else we need.
What is Provider
God is never surprised. He knows all there is to know. Only God knows all things.
What is Omniscient
God's word leads us in the way we should go. His Word teaches us how we are to live and think if we let him guide our steps and actions.
What is Light
God's kindness to those who don't deserve it. God is slow to anger and longs to forgive people.
Only God can be our rescuer from sin and death.
What is Deliverer
God will continue the good works He started in us. Jesus promised that no one can take you out of God's hand. Nothing, not even Satan can cause God's children to lose their salvation.
What is Preserver
God is the source of all power. Nothing can stop God. God has unlimited power, authority and influence.
What is Omnipotent
God can do abundantly more than we think or ask.
What is Able
Jesus did not come for people who were already good enough that they didn't need help. He welcomes us while we are sinful and suffering with open arms.
