After a POS ID/Protection Hold is triggered and the enrollment is completed, the customer will receive an email with a link to submit acceptable documentation to satisfy the hold. -- If approved, hold is released Immediately!

What happens if the customer fails to open email within 60 min? 

The MiTek email (standard hold email/fax instructions for the brands that are applicable) will be sent to them within the hour.
