What is the policy on mood-altering substances at Alliance Wellness Center?
The use, possession, or storage of mood-altering substances is prohibited.
What is the consequence of engaging in disrespectful or threatening behavior toward staff or clients?
Written warning and/or discharge from the program.
What should you avoid discussing with others outside of the program?
The names of other clients or their situations.
Can clients take naps during the day?
Yes, but only during designated free time and after completing chores and homework.
What should you do if you need to enter a staff office?
Knock and wait for permission before entering.
What happens if a client refuses to provide a urine sample when requested?
They may be subject to further testing requests, including supervised tests, or face discharge from the program.
When are clients allowed to make phone calls?
During scheduled times as listed, with all calls being recorded on a sign-up sheet.
Are you permitted to talk about former clients with current residents?
No.
Where are clients allowed to make personal phone calls?
In shared areas of the house, under staff supervision.
How should you treat others within the residential program?
With respect.
Are clients allowed to use vaping devices in the residence?
Vaping is not allowed during group activities or inside the residence.
What is the policy on weapons at Alliance Wellness Center?
Weapons are not permitted on any properties of Alliance Wellness Center facilities.
What should you do if someone calls the house phone for a client?
Staff must always answer the house phone for client privacy.
What are the rules for watching television in the residence?
Television can be watched only during designated hours and after chores and group activities are completed
Are clients allowed to share or exchange personal items with each other?
No, clients are prohibited from exchanging, loaning, borrowing, or purchasing items from one another.

What is the policy on using cell phones during the program?
All internet-capable devices, including cell phones, must be handed over to staff for secure storage upon admission.
How should you handle personal hygiene items that contain alcohol or are sharp?
They must be kept in the office and can only be used under supervision.
Are photographs or video recordings allowed in the residence?
No
What must clients do if they wish to leave the premises for a court date or probation visit?
They must coordinate with their counselor and staff for supervised transportation.
How should physical boundaries be maintained between clients?
Refrain from hugging, touching without consent, or leaning on others.
If you discover another client using or possessing substances, what should you do?
Notify the staff immediately.
