I wouldn’t because it won’t keep weight off. You will eventually gain it back because you aren’t doing a healthy diet. The only way to lose weight correctly is by having a good diet with an equal amount of exercise frequently.

Any types of baby food are included in this diet, but all other food typically need to be avoided because they believe that would cause you to gain the weight back.

It would consist of 14 baby food jars throughout the day with a normal meal for dinner which consists of a small portion of protein and vegetables. Along with no alcohol allowed through the entire diet.
