What should you do if you need a pencil?
Look in your desk, around your desk, in your pencil bag, or book bin. Ask a friend. Buying a new one will cost 5 punches
What should you do if you need to use the restroom?
Let teacher know by raising your fingers crossed.
Put lunchboxes in the basket, line up in number order and go quietly outside.
What reward do you get for bringing your homework?
A punch on your punch card.
What happens if you are talking over the teacher one time?
No consequence, just a warning.
What should you do if you are called on to answer a question?
Attempt to answer the question. If not sure, ask a friend.

Freeze and be silent.
What happens if you get a D or an F on your class work?
You will need to redo it at during Study Hall during recess.
What happens if you talk over the teacher two times?
Lose 5 minutes of recess.
How do you show A+ listening skills?
Turn and face forward, stop talking, nothing in your hands, laser eyes.
Why do you need to move your name tag to the posterboard go to the bathroom?
In case of an emergency we need to be able to find you. Also, we can keep track of who may be playing in the bathrooms.
What are the rules for walking in the hallway.
Completely silent, hands to yourself, walk in a straight line on the right.
What homework will you have each night?
You will have one page of spelling, one page of math, and you need to read and get your reading log signed. On Thursdays, you will have a short paragraph to write about your book.
What happens if you talk over the teacher 3 times?
Lose all of recess.
What will happen if you get a warning in class?
1. Warning. 2 Lose 5 minutes of recess 3. Lose all of recess 4. Go to principal, parent called.
What should you do with unfinished papers in your desk?
Put all lose papers in your Unfinished Work folder. Red for Reading and Blue for Math.
How should you walk down the stairs?
One step at a time, use the railing and be silent.
Why do you need to fill in your planner and get it signed.
Filling in you planner helps you remember what you did during the day and what you may need to finish at home. You need to get it signed so your parents know what you are doing at school.
What happens if you hit/punch/bite/say a bad word to someone?
Go to the principal/call home/parent conference.
What should you do if you finish your work before other people?
Do an activity from the To Do When Finished list. DO NOT GET UP AND ASK THE TEACHER WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR PAPER OR WHAT CAN YOU DO NOW.
Where should you put your finished classwork?
In the clear bin on the green table.
What should you do if someone is hurt on the playground?
Try to help them, if you can't help them, get a teacher to help them.
What happens if you don't do your homework?
You won't get a punch on your card, it will show as a F in the gradebook, your grades will go down, and you will still have to make it up at recess.
What happens if you are making good choices and you get 5 punches?
You get to choose preferred seating for one day?
