Free English or Maths work, finish pending homework, complete an IXL diagnostic test or read quietly.
If we're leaving the classroom to go to break/lunch or another class, how do I leave my desk?
As neat as possible, chair pushed in and no trash on the floor by my spot.
I forgot my water bottle? Can I go fetch it?
No, I should have brought it with me beforehand. I'll just have to wait till I go back. I won't die of thirst after 30 minutes.
What must I ALWAYS do after going to the bathroom?
Wash my hands. Everybody shares the bathroom and the rest of the school, so we must avoid spreading germs.
I'm walking into the school for the first time of the day and I see Ms. Alexa, Ms. Alejandra or somebody from Maintenance. What should I do?

No. I can ask any teacher in duty for help, they will let Miss Magda know.

Remember that not everybody can share every time. If I don't get chosen to speak, there will be other times.
Most of my friends and I already finished lunch, but there is one person who hasn't finished eating? Can I leave for break?
No. Good manners mean that if we all sit together for lunch, we all stand up together for break too. We can chat while we wait for our friend.
How do I get to the backyard?
Walk all the way around the back and don't go through other classrooms.

I calmly wait for Miss Magda to ask what I need without interrupting her. I can only interrupt if there is an emergency.
