What is a reader's response?
This tells what the subject of a sentence is (linking verb) or does (action verb).

These are the three steps in a food chain. They show the food relationship in an ecosystem, and how energy is passed from one to the other.

Someone who is mean to another person online, on the internet. They call them bad names or write mean things about them on websites.

Elmer was described using this adjective. It showed us how he was different and special.

I use this when I use the information stored (kept) in my brain to try and understand what is happening in a story.

Examples are brainstorming, free-writing, clustering, mapping, listing, and drawing. We do one of these before we write a first draft.

The breaking down of a material, like a rock.Then the movement of that material by water, wind, ice, or gravity.

One of these are things w must have to live a safe and healthy life. The other is not as important, we can live without them, but we like to have them.
