Because it ensures that a person is up to date on the criteria. I would do my best to make sure that people are having fun while also performing, acting, and playing a level of superiority

Because I want to serve the clarinet section as well as the band as a whole and have a positive impact

I am very persistent and respectful to all members and staff inside the band and out. Occasionally, I am not good at putting my foot down in a way that is helpful to others

I would ensure that the person would be included in ALL activities and I would encourage them during marching band and concert band as well
