What age is the earliest or latest that a service can take place?
Not prior to their 12th (girls) 13th (boys) Hebrew Birthday! Ideally before turning 14. But it is never too late!
Is the service separate seating?
Bat Mitzvahs do not need to be separate. Bar Mitzvahs yes, during prayer and reading of the Torah, after that you can sit together :)
Is there a dress code for the service?
The Bat Mitzvah girls' shoulder should be covered. Men should wear a kippah.
Temple attire requested. There are no set guidelines.
When or where do lessons take place?

How many people can the locations hold?
What is 100-300 or less :)
How long is the service?
What is 70-90 minutes?
With kiddush time possibly longer
If the torah is being read, then the service needs to be held anytime during the day and up to an hour before sunset.
How can I ensure my child's success at their service?
Practice makes perfect!
Lessons alone will teach them what is needed but review between lessons is necessary. They can usually do that on their own (remind them) by sending voice notes and reviewing recordings.

Can pictures / videos be taken?
What is yes! We suggest 30 minutes prior to the service as well as during the service. (As long as it is not shabbat)
What days can my service take place?
Bat Mitzvah - Any day Sunday- Friday
Bar Mitzvah - Any day we read the Torah
What other honors can be given out?
Bat Mitzvah - translation of prayers and toasts
Bar Mitzvah- honored during torah reading and toasts.
What role does Hebrew School play in preparing my child for their big day!
Hebrew School ensures your child is reviewing, and will shorten the number of lessons needed significantly.

What is yes! We also have a connection to Rabbi in Israel who officiates the service and can connect you!
