A student can receive this if they have a low test score, theory absences, low written assignment scores, or poor performance on essential skills.

Individual exams and group testing
This is information should be given to student's families in case they need to be contacted in the event of an emergency.

Neat, clean, in good repair; Nametag; Analog watch; Good personal hygiene; Hair neat, clean, and tied back tightly; Royal blue scrub top, black pants, royal blue scrub jacket, black, gray, or white undershirt, black, gray, or white shoes, white or black socks; free from odors, unoffensive tattoos, No jewlery (wedding ring okay), wear undergarments!
A student can receive this if they are unsafe at clinical, absences, late to clinical or late clinical paperwork, breaching Barton Nursing policies, or unprofessional behavior.
