It's totally okay to talk poorly about someone if you have reason, or if everyone else doesn't like them.
FALSE - To be an good, professional leader NEVER talk poorly about your peer or anyone. It looks poorly on your own character when you try to defame someone else character.
For example: You may talk poorly about someone to an ASI member, and the person you may be speaking about may be related to the ASI member.

FALSE - Good or bad odor is ALWAYS distracting, be aware of your peers and those in your space.

Being an active listener is a good customer service skill on occasion.
FALSE - We want to always be active listeners which means, show someone we are listening through eye contact, body language, and engaging in conversation.
Having long personal conversation while in a professional setting is okay, as long as everyone likes you.
FALSE - You never know who is listening, and you want to use your time wisely. Try to not do this because it can be distracting, and you do not want to be doing this during a meeting where there may be important people involved.

TRUE - Though this does not need to be extreme, by allowing your self to be excited or happy to learn, you tend to be more engaged and retain the information more.
It's okay to only email someone "I need help with this task," if the person you are emailing knows you.
FALSE - Always begin the email with "Hello (the person's name)" and end the email with your own name
When there is a success within ASI, it's okay to fully claim the credit you deserve.
FALSE - In ASI, we are always a team, we really strive to work together always, and see our success as the teams success.
If you don't know the answer to a question, it's okay to just inform the student that you can't help them.
FALSE - It is never okay to say "I do not know" in any situation. If you do not know the answer to a questions, it is important to either state:
1) "I'm sorry I do not know the answer to that question, but let me find someone who can help you!"
or
2) "I'm sorry, I do not know the answer to that question, but let me give your my card/take your information down, and I will follow up with you!"
Owning up to your mistakes is okay, as long as you don't think you are going to get in trouble.
FALSE - If you do not know own up to your mistakes, someone else could get reprimanded. Also, your mistakes always create a space for your to improve if you are open about them.
